Iced coconut milk Oprah chai lattes, wedge heels, and bikinis (It is summatime after all!)  ANY GUILTY PLEASURES? Cashew milk ice cream and the entirety of Sephora… I need an intervention…

ARE YOU A FULL-TIME BLOGGER? Nope, during the day I teach reading, writing, and social studies at the elementary level to a class of pretty awesome kiddos. • WHY DID YOU START BLOGGING? I LOVE teaching, but during the school year I put everything I have into my students and tend to lose the other parts of myself in the process.  I started this blog as a way to hold myself accountable in that regard. • WHAT’S YOUR BLOG ABOUT? Its about all the other parts of me: health and beauty, fitness, cooking (dairy-free), fashion, and (usually hilarious) daily musings. • WHY “CONQUER”? I feel that the verb “conquer” is a driving force for accomplishing goals, overcoming fears and obstacles, and becoming the best version of oneself. I wanted my blog to be a source of inspiration to my readers and am hoping that Conquer does just that.
